Independent Auditing
We conduct our own spectrometric and hardness mapping -- completely independent from the manufacturer's internal QC. Our engineers physically operate CMMs and portable spectrometers on the factory floor. If the chemistry or hardness deviates by even a fraction, the batch is quarantined.
Process Oversight
We audit heat treatment quench and temper curves in real-time. The difference between a 60 HRC ball and a 55 HRC ball is entirely in the thermal cycle -- and that difference determines whether your mill runs for 30 days or 90 days. We monitor every critical process parameter, not just the finished product.
Zero-Failure Mission
100% NDT (UT/MT) testing on critical components like bucket teeth to prevent downstream crusher damage. A single fractured tooth fragment entering a crusher can cause catastrophic and costly damage. Our zero-failure policy means every critical component is individually tested -- not sampled.
