Built for the Operations Where Failure Isn't an Option.

Mining operations run on uptime. Every ton of ore that doesn't move through your grinding circuit or past your excavation system is a ton of recoverable metal that never reaches the balance sheet. Alliance manages the wear parts systems that keep those circuits running — to the quality standard that Tier-1 global mining companies have already verified.

01 // Operational Challenges

THE MINING WEAR PARTS CHALLENGE

Your Wear Parts Program Is Either Optimized or It’s a Cost Center.

In a modern large-scale mining operation, consumable wear parts — grinding media, mill liners, and ground engaging tools — represent one of the largest controllable line items in the operating cost structure. They are also one of the most under-optimized.

Most operations settle into a procurement pattern with suppliers they know, at prices they’ve negotiated, with quality they accept rather than demand. The result is predictable: wear rates that drift, breakage events that aren’t analyzed, liner profiles that were designed for a different ore, and bucket teeth that are replaced on schedule rather than on condition.

Alliance exists to break this pattern. We bring the same systems-level thinking that earned us 3-year LTAs with the world’s most demanding mining clients to every operation we partner with — regardless of size.

02 // Wear & Failure Environment

Where Alliance Performs Across Your Operation

Comminution — SAG & Ball Mill Circuits

  • High-chrome and forged grinding media matched to ore hardness, SG, and mill specification
  • Mill liner design, manufacture, and wear rate management
  • Complete circuit optimization (media + liner as integrated system)
  • Consumption forecasting and long-term supply planning

Excavation — Ground Engaging Tools

  • Vacuum investment-cast bucket teeth for hard rock, medium rock, and soft ground
  • OEM-compatible adapters for major excavator and loader brands
  • 100% NDT tested — ultrasonic + magnetic particle inspection
  • Zero tolerance for fracture events that damage downstream crushers

Supply Management

  • Single-source accountability for all wear parts categories
  • Alliance-managed inventory buffers at origin or destination
  • LTA frameworks with fixed/indexed pricing and priority scheduling
  • Remote site logistics management (we have direct experience with West Africa)

Mining Sectors We Serve

Gold Mining Hard rock ore, aggressive abrasion profiles, high-energy SAG circuits. High-chrome media (22%–28% Cr) matched to ore hardness. Liner profiles optimized for large-diameter mills. Breakage management critical.

Copper Mining Variable ore hardness, often large-scale open pit with major excavation requirements. We supply both grinding media/liners and G.E.T. components — the complete consumable matrix for a copper operation from pit to plant.

Lithium / Critical Minerals We have direct, proven experience supplying a 3-year LTA for a Tier-1 Lithium project in West Africa. We understand the supply chain complexity of remote critical mineral projects — and we’ve executed it under real Tier-1 scrutiny.

Iron Ore High-volume, high-throughput, cost-per-ton sensitivity. Forged media often optimal at primary stage; matched liner profiles essential for energy efficiency. Our volume infrastructure (3,000+ tons/year) supports large-scale operations.

Coal & Aggregates Medium-abrasion applications. High-chrome cast media at lower chrome grades delivers optimal cost-per-ton. Bucket teeth engineered for medium-hardness ground conditions.

07 // Proof of Delivery

Supply Continuity
is a System, Not a Promise

Unplanned downtime in this industry does not cost time -- it costs production tonnage, equipment integrity, and contractual commitments to downstream customers. A single missed shipment of wear parts can cascade into multi-day mill stoppages.

Our supply continuity model is built around scheduled replenishment cycles, pre-qualified buffer stock protocols, and logistics routing that accounts for port congestion and seasonal freight variability. We do not treat delivery as a final step -- we treat it as a managed engineering variable.

Scheduled Replenishment Planning Aligned to your maintenance cycles, not our production schedule.
Independent Pre-Shipment QC Third-party inspection before container loading -- every order.
Material Certification Package MTC, hardness reports, and dimensional FQC delivered with each shipment.
DDP Delivery Capability End-to-end logistics including customs clearance and last-mile coordination.

What You Receive With Every Order

  • Material Test Certificate (MTC) Spectrometer-verified chemical composition confirming alloy grade and heat treatment compliance.
  • Dimensional FQC Report CMM and manual measurement records cross-referenced against your approved drawings and tolerances.
  • Hardness & Impact Test Records Rockwell or Brinell hardness data verifying wear performance under your specific loading conditions.
  • Loading & Packaging Documentation Photographic evidence of VCI anti-rust preparation, container lashing, and weight distribution records.
08 // Technical Consultation

Let's Talk About Your Operation.

Whether you're reviewing a single product category or rethinking your complete wear parts strategy, the conversation starts the same way: tell us about your operation, and we'll tell you what we see.

Bring your current supplier data, wear life records, or failure analysis. The more operational context you share, the more precise our technical recommendation will be.
